Telehealth Referral Process
Telehealth consultations are available throughout the region and can occur at the bedside or in the client's home. Please contact the CNC via phone to discuss the suitability for consultation and to arrange a suitable date and time. The instructions below will step you through the simple process of connecting to the Wimmera Wound Service telehealth room with either your laptop, desktop, tablet or phone.
